I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. John Block, 8 Block's
Maintenance Company, during the 2006 season while he was working for
WaterPark Construction as the team leader for slide maintenance.


Due to the heavy maintenance workload that WaterPark Construction was
receiving and John's interest and experience, he created his own
business, 8 Block's, to specifically take care of these issues while
WaterPark Construction primarily deals with slide installation.


I found John to be honest, meticulous in his work and informative. He
understands that we as owners want to make sure the work is completed
properly, on time and on budget. He continually informed me or my
representative what stage he was in. When I had specific questions he
did not hesitate to break away, if necessary, and take time for me to
make sure I understood the process.


John definitely takes pride in his work illustrated through the
additional things he does while on the job such as additional painting
to improve the facility.
